Home Depot?

So, it seems that Robert has "misplaced" his wedding ring. If you ask him about it his response would be, "I told her upfront that would happen so she can't be mad."

Anyway-the wedding ring has vanished. Solution? Disposable O Rings used for plumbing. $2.58 for 15.

Bam.

Whoops

So I want you to know that SEVERAL times a day I think, man, I ought to blog or do something so people know that I survived the wedding and I am in fact now married. Unfortunately I just got home from class and the only thing I can think about are skin lesions and the traffic ticket I got this morning for going 25 in a 20! I know right, the audacity! Especially considering I was running late for class and it was my first day. And if anybody knows me, they know that if someone were to say, "well being late isn't really the end of the world is it?" I would say, "as a matter of fact, it is". SO, it can only be assumed that yes, I cried when he pulled me over. Cried. Like a little infant.

OH and did I mention it was in a school zone? And did I also mention I had to choke back the tears when I realized my mom had just given me my insurance information and it was still sitting in a folder on my desk at home (Next to my index card filing box, which is extremely useful by the way). In the end I actually felt bad for the police officer because he kept assuringly saying, "oh, well its okay, I promise. You can always take drivers ed...it'll be okay." I decided he must have a daughter because my reaction to the ticket was making him a little teary eyed.

I guess the only upside to the scenario is that now I have a husband who is supposed to sympathize when these things happen and not get mad when I call at 7:45am to tell him about the injustice done to me.

Speaking of husbands, I really like mine. We've been enjoying the interim between summer and school where there is nothing very pressing we have to do or attend. So Rob plays video games and I clean things (its funny because its so accurate). However now that school has started I think we will get a taste of what real adult married people do, except all that work nonsense.

Anyway, I will blog about our trip to NY and the cruise just as soon as I can get some pictures off Rob's laptop. In the mean time, I'll be studying this :) Sorry Kjersti, you probably just passed out.
