Some things

Most of my blogs lately are little blips of thought. That's kind of the way my mind is working at this point. Tomorrow I have to go to the county clerks office for the marriage applic...but what about roses in the centerpie...I need to clean that mirro...I need to get that list of addresses from my sist...I keep forgetting to sign up for that clas...my beds not made...the cake...do i have time to...after i run i'll...I really need to make my bed.

Yeah. That's pretty much that.

Anyway I think there should be an engagement package. Like after you decide to get engaged, all the little annoying parts of wedding preparation are, Bam, done. (Which Robert would argue is all of it)

Robert and I got our engagement pictures taken this weekend. He was very brave and lasted a whole hour, I was very proud. (Pictures to come)

Ferry is leaving on the 26th. So between her and Rob being gone Austin loses 95% of its appeal. Pearl drinks are the only thing holding the last 5% together.

I love my family because at any point in my life if I texted them, "Hey roo-roo, where you at?" I would get an applause at the other end of the phone.

Lastly, this song is terrible, but I have a crush on them as a couple. I can't help it.

Rolling back prices one mango at a time

So I went to get an eye exam hoping and praying I needed a prescription because of all the headaches I've been having. 20/10 vision. No luck. I've never been so dissapointed after doing awesome on a test.

I went to Wal-mart to go grocery shopping today. Wow! Amazing! Has everyone known all this time how cheap Wal-mart is?! Please don't judge me, this is coming from the same girl who insisted her dolls needed manicures too.

Someone calling me "incorrigable" doesn't seem to sting as badly as lets say being referred to as "stiff-necked"--but I guess nobody really uses that word anymore. The point is incorrigible doesnt sound as insulting as the actual meaning...or maybe its just me.

Can you believe I'm still not 21? What is taking so long?

Uhh

My vacuum broke and I couldn't handle it so I used a lint brush.

I just wanted it to be clean.

Good job, Rob!

So uh...just gettin married. That's all. The usual.

August 1st...
I might love this picture because "what else would rob choose to spell out at Lego Land?"
Or it might be because: look how cute he is!
Maybe both.
I guess a third alternative could be because I subconsciously know how
much he'd hate to know I put a picture of him on my blog and then called him, "cute."
I'm not ruling anything out.

CH2O+O2--->H2O+CO2+CO+C+N2

I've finally realized whats different about my family...The men in my family have super human strength.

Scene: Sitting in the living room with my mom watching Oxygen (I always think she'll leave him and she never does) when my mom says, do you smell that? Did someone light a candle she asks- An explosion of olfactory signals told me a candle was probably not the culprit. I run out the front door to look for my brother and dad who had been working in the garage. No luck. I run to the back yard and look through the woods and low and behold...an enormous field fire. Crap.

After my mother finally saunters to the back door to let me in I throw on a really adorable pair of White Mountain khaki boots (with the furr) and took off into the woods. Did I mention before I began my pursuit I noticed what looked like two male silhouettes in the distance? Need I say more? I get to the top of the hill and my dad and brother are literally beating the crap out of the fire. And when I say literally, I mean they both had shovels in their hands running around a circle of fire beating it to the ground. They look up.

"There was a fire. But uh. We put it out."

"With shovels?!?!?!"

"Yeah."

I mean What?!?! Seriously? I was waiting for my other brother to show up and transform into a fire hose just to show those embers who's boss. Somewhere along the line my mom took the guys out and dipped them in some sweet river (we'll call it Styx) and now THEY OWN FIRES.

CH2O and O2 never had a chance.

Catchy

How can you not love them?
